1. In a third country national who has applied, pursuant to Article 28, if it meets the conditions laid down in Article 26 and there are no grounds under Article 30, granted 'EU Blue Card'.
2. The power of the "EU Blue Card" is two years. If the contract covers a period less than the above, the "EU Blue Card" issued for the duration of the contract plus three months.
3. The "EU Blue Card" issued by the department using the uniform format laid down in Regulation (EC) No. 1030/2002 of 13 June 2002 "to establish a uniform format for residence permits for third country nationals" as applicable, stating the conditions of access to the labor market. Under "class license" of the residence permit marked "Blue Card European Union."
4. The third-country national who has been granted the "EU Blue Card" in accordance with this Chapter, during its validity:
a) the right to enter, re-enter and reside in Greece,
b) enjoy the rights are recognized under this Chapter.
5. For the renewal of the "EU Blue Card", the third country national must submit to the appropriate application before the expiry, which is accompanied by the required documents, as they will be determined by the decision of paragraph 2 of Article 28 of this chapter. The competent agency shall examine the application and if they continue to meet the conditions laid down in Articles 26 and 28 and there are no grounds of Articles 30 and 31 of this chapter, shall issue a decision which extended for three years the "EU Blue Card" . If the contract covers a period less than the above, the "EU Blue Card" renewed for the duration of the contract plus three months.
