Most people are happy using automated systems that handle everything digitally. For those who prefer a truly personal approach, we offer a new service.
If you'd like expert, personalized help finding a suitable job in any of the EU Member States, our Personal Assistance service has you covered.
How it works
Our interaction consists of three video-call sessions.
1. Upon registration we will schedule our first call and discuss your current situation and goals. Based on your input, we'll develop a campaign plan to move forward and reach the goals you specified.
2. Central to the plan is identifying five companies in your industry that match your specific interests and for which we have so-called warm leads. In the second call we'll discuss these leads with you. If you agree, we'll contact those organizations.
3. The third call, normally scheduled 2–3 months later, is an evaluation call to review progress: where we stand, which goals have been achieved, and what still needs attention.
During and after these calls, we'll stay in touch via email.
What are the costs
The service is €245 and includes three, approximately 45 minute, one-on-one video calls with an EU Blue Card recruiting expert.
Each call is with the same dedicated Blue Card recruiting expert so you have consistent support from start to finish.
