Procedure
First you need to apply for a national visa valid for 1 year or several national visas with a total validity of 1 year and you intend to submit an application for the issuance of a temporary residence permit (EU Blue Card), then in order to stay in Lithuania during the application processing period, you should submit the application in advance 1.5 - 3 months before the expiry of the current national visa.
when in Lithuania, electronically fill out the application for issuing the EU Blue Card through the Lithuanian Migration Information System (MIGRIS) and attach digital copies of the documents attached to this application. After completing the application and reserving the visit time through MIGRIS, within 4 months from the date of filling out the application through MIGRIS, you must personally apply for the issuance of the Blue Card permit and submit biometric data and original documents.
